Sanchez, a loving, adventurous, and courageous man, passed away on April 25, 2026, in Odessa, Texas, at the age of 76.Born on May 5, 1949, in Lamesa, Texas, he carried the values of hard work, loyalty, and devotion throughout his life. He was a proud veteran whose service to his country reflected the strength of character that those who knew him came to admire. Alfred served in the Army for 674 days and earned recognition as a sharpshooter, a distinction that spoke to both his discipline and his steady focus. He carried his military service with quiet pride, and his time in uniform remained an important part of his story.Alfred built his life around the people he loved most. He is survived by his sons, Alfred Sanchez Jr. and John Anthony Sanchez.
