Manatee Memorial Hospital Earns Top 'A' Safety Grade

Manatee Memorial Hospital received an "A" grade from The Leapfrog Group's Hospital Safety Grade for Spring 2026, marking the first time the Bradenton hospital earned the top rating.

The Leapfrog Group, an independent nonprofit, evaluates hospitals on 30 evidence-based measures twice yearly, issuing grades from A to F. The "A" rating recognizes Manatee Memorial's performance in preventing medical errors and infections, maintaining strong safety protocols, and delivering patient-centered care.

Physicians, nurses, and support staff collaborate across the hospital to identify safety improvements and meet nationally recognized standards.
