Apopka Wins 42nd Straight Financial Reporting Award

The City of Apopka earned the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2024.

The award marks Apopka's 42nd consecutive year receiving the recognition, which represents the highest honor in governmental accounting and financial reporting. The city's accounting division prepared the comprehensive financial statements that earned the certificate.
