Charter Review Committee 2026 2026 Committee Members Robert Barrabeitg Mubarak Kazan Barbara Kramer Bruce Kusens Gerladine Lazarre Whitney Padote David Templer The 2026 Charter Review Committee consists of 7 members appointed by the City Commission. The Mayor and Commission each selected one responsible and independent member, the independent member had to be a U.S. citizen and resident of the City, qualified to function as a member of the Charter Review Committee, and must have been willing to perform as a public servant. All Charter Review Committee meetings are open to the public and will be advertised. Please refer to the Calendar of Events for the next scheduled meeting.
