Commercial Facade Grant Application Status: The 2026 Commercial Façade Grant Program application period closed on July 20, 2026. The next application cycle is anticipated to open in Spring 2027. Please check back for program updates. The FPRA offers the Commercial Façade Grant Program to support local businesses and encourage property improvements throughout commercial corridors in the FPRA District. The program provides reimbursable matching grants of up to $25,000 per property for eligible exterior improvements. These grants help property and business owners complete projects that enhance curb appeal, preserve building character, and strengthen the overall visual quality of commercial areas. Businesses must be located within the FPRA District to qualify.
