Locations impacted include... Auburn, Kendallville, Angola, Garrett, Montpelier, Butler, Avilla, Albion, Waterloo, Edgerton, Hamilton, Pioneer, Rome City, Edon, Holiday City, Columbia, Ashley, Hudson, Corunna, and Blakeslee.
This includes the following highways... Interstate 69 in Indiana between mile markers 329 and 347. Interstate 80 in Indiana between mile markers 155 and 156. Interstate 80 in Ohio between mile markers 0 and 15.
