Pay Your Bill - City of Prescott AZ Utility Online Bill Pay will be down on 12/20/2024 from 5pm until 11:59pm for scheduled maintenance. Utility Bills can be paid in the following ways: Automatic Withdrawal You may opt to have your bill automatically deducted each month from your checking or savings account through our Surepay program. How automatic withdrawal works: About 10 days after you receive your water bill, your payment will automatically be deducted from your bank account. This saves you time, money and worry, no need for stamps and you don't have to worry about late or lost payments. To Enroll, fill out the Surepay form and mail it in. Online You must register for an account before you can pay your bill online. To register, see instructions provided. In Person or by Mail Make Checks Payable to: City of Prescott, 201 N Montezuma St, Prescott, AZ 86301-3007 How to set up an online account to pay your bill: Step 1: Read all 4 steps BEFORE going through the registration process, then click here to register. Step 2: To Login for the first time you have two options to authenticate your account. Either sign in with Google, Apple, Microsoft or Facebook, or use any email address. With the social media options, you will use the streamlined approach and will not need to separately verify your email address. To sign in with Google, enter your google email or phone number and password. Google will then push a verification to your phone. Alternatively, you can sign up with your email address by clicking the sign up link, entering your email, first name, last name and password following the requirements presented. The system will then send a verification code to your email address. Step 3: Once logged in, you will need to link your Utility Account to your profile using your full 10 digit account number from your Utility Bill. Click on the link to account hyperlink or if needed, click on Utility Billing then Link to Account. Enter the first 5 digits of your account number in the first box and the last 5 in the second box. Step 4: In the future, you will not need to follow these same steps, but just click on your preferred verification option and login. For questions, contact Utility Billing.
