Welcome to the Office of the Property Appraiser Property Search application. This application has been created with the valuable input of our citizens and business community. The Office of the Property Appraiser has incorporated many of your recommendations and encourages you take the opportunity to provide us with more of your comments and suggestions. Features The Property Search application allows users to: - Search by Address, Name, Folio, and Subdivision name - View key property characteristics, ownership, and sales information - View assessment, exemption benefits, and taxable value information - View current and prior year aerial imagery - View building sketch (if available) - Zoom in/out map features - Apply layers to the map - Detach the aerial map into its own window allowing for a larger viewing window - On the map, double click on a condominium complex to list the individual property owners - Print the matching results of a partial search - Copy matching results from the print page to a spreadsheet or other application - Links to "Other Governmental Jurisdictions" such as cities, the School Board, the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), etc. - Links to other Property Appraiser applications If you need more assistance, the Property Search Help webpage has valuable information that may answer your questions. Explore the Natural Beauty of Curry Hammock State Park in Marathon

"Escape to a peaceful island in the Middle Keys. Curry Hammock State Park protects large areas of mangrove swamp, rockland hammock, and seagrass beds. Enjoy a day of paddling on Florida Bay, hike the nature trail or have a picnic while enjoying the calming sea breeze. This park is a stop on the Great Florida Birding and Wildlife Trail. Bring your binoculars! Located off U.S. 1 at mile marker 56.2 in Marathon, Curry Hammock State Park offers a playground, a paddling trail, a nature trail, a campground, restrooms and showers. Pack a lunch and enjoy the pavilion. Paddling Enjoy a paddling adventure on the marked paddling trail from the park to Little Crawl Key. Watch for wading birds as you paddle through the shallow waters. Visitors can rent kayaks and paddleboards or bring their own. Call 305-289-0043 for more information about rentals. Hiking Enjoy a walk on the nature trail and glimpse some of the unique plants and animals that are found in the Florida Keys. Watch for the thatch palms that are found in the hammock and listen for the many species of birds that call the park home. Camping The campground at Curry Hammock State Park offers 28 sites with water and electric hookups. Some of the sites are bayside and some are located in the hammock. The campground has restrooms with showers and a dump station. Reservations can be made up to 11 months in advance through ReserveAmerica. Book online or call 800-326-3521 (8 a.m. to 8 p.m.). Fishing Surf fishing is permitted in the park. A valid Florida saltwater fishing license may be required. Visit MyFWC.com for more information. Birding This park is a site on the Great Florida Birding and Wildlife Trail. Watch for migratory birds and resident species. The park is a great place to see raptors during the fall and spring migrations. Park Guidelines Bicycles are permitted on the paved park road. Pets are permitted in designated areas only. Pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet and be well-behaved. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Service animals are welcome in all areas of the park. All plants, animals and park property are protected. Collection or destruction is prohibited. "
