NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Alamosa County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. at the Alamosa County Courthouse, 8900 Independence Way, Alamosa, CO, to consider the following proposed ordinance: ORDINANCE 2024-03 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ALAMOSA COUNTY LAND USE CODE REGARDING OIL AND GAS REGULATIONS The proposed ordinance is available for review at the Alamosa County Land Use Office, 8900 Independence Way, Alamosa, CO during regular business hours. All interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearing or submit written comments to the Alamosa County Land Use Office prior to the hearing.
