NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Alamosa County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on the following matter at the Alamosa County Courthouse, 8900 Independence Way, Alamosa, CO beginning at 1:30 p.m. on June 12, 2024. Consideration of proposed amendments to the Alamosa County Land Use Code, including, but not limited to the following sections: ARTICLE 2 - DEFINITIONS ARTICLE 3 - USES ARTICLE 4 - REVIEW PROCESS At said hearing, all interested parties shall have the opportunity to be heard regarding the request. A copy of the proposed amendment is available for review at the Alamosa County Development Services Department located at 8900 Independence Way, Alamosa, CO. DATED this 22nd day of May, 2024.
