The purpose of this hearing is to consider the request from San Luis Valley Federal Land Bank for a Change of Land Use Designation from Agricultural (A) to Commercial (C) on property located at 3100 County Road 10 South; Alamosa County, Colorado; more particularly described as: A tract of land being a portion of the NE1/4 of Section 22, Township 37 South, Range 10 East, N.M.P.M., described as follows: Commencing at the East 1/4 corner of said Section 22; Thence N 89°27'15" W along the 1/4 Section line a distance of 1338.40 feet to the Point of Beginning; Thence continuing N 89°27'15" W along the 1/4 Section line a distance of 650.00 feet; Thence N 00°32'45" E a distance of 330.00 feet; Thence S 89°27'15" E a distance of 650.00 feet; Thence S 00°32'45" W a distance of 330.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 4.92 acres, more or less, County of Alamosa, State of Colorado.
