NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Alamosa, Colorado, will conduct a public hearing on May 8, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. at the Alamosa County Courthouse, 8900 Independence Way, Alamosa, CO 81101, to consider vacating a portion of the alley right-of-way located in the Town of Mosca, Colorado, and more particularly described as follows: A portion of the alley right-of-way running North/South between Lots 13 and 14, and Lots 23 and 24, Block 11, Town of Mosca, Alamosa County, Colorado. Copies of the vacation plat are on file for public inspection in the Office of the Alamosa County Land Use Department, 8900 Independence Way, Alamosa, CO 81101. At said hearing, all interested parties shall have an opportunity to be heard. Written comments may be filed with the Alamosa County Land Use Department, 8900 Independence Way, Alamosa, CO 81101, on or before the date of the hearing. DATED this 16th day of April, 2024.
