NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Alamosa County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on June 12, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. at the Alamosa County Courthouse, 8900 Independence Way, Alamosa, CO to consider the vacation of a certain utility easement located within the River Ridge Ranch Subdivision. Said vacation is requested by John Swartzel. Further information regarding this matter is on file in the Office of the Alamosa County Land Use Department, 8900 Independence Way, Alamosa, CO and may be examined during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Americans with Disabilities Act: Auxiliary aids and services are available to individuals with disabilities. Please notify the Alamosa County Administrator at 8900 Independence Way, Alamosa, CO 81101, or call 719-589-2551 at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting to make the necessary arrangements.
