NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. the Board of County Commissioners of Alamosa County will conduct a public hearing in the Alamosa County Courthouse, 8900 Independence Way, Alamosa, CO 81101, to consider the Vacation and Abandonment of the following described County Road: A portion of the County Road being the entire length of the platted 60’ wide road easement running along the Southern boundary of Lot 1 of the Heritage Estates Subdivision recorded at Reception No. 698753 of the Alamosa County Records, said easement lying within the SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 25, Township 37 North, Range 10 East, N.M.P.M. Copies of the Vacation and Abandonment are available for review in the Office of the Alamosa County Clerk and Recorder, 8900 Independence Way, Alamosa, CO 81101.
