City of Starke Notice of Public Hearing Ordinance 976 TAKE NOTICE that the City Commission of the City of Starke, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing at the following date, time and location: DATE: June 11, 2024 TIME: 7:00 PM LOCATION: City Hall - Commission Room, 204 North Walnut Street, Starke, FL 32091 SAID Public Hearing is for the purpose of considering the following proposed Ordinance: ORDINANCE 976 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF STARKE, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF STARKE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CHAPTER 30 “LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE”, ARTICLE VI “DISTRICT REGULATIONS”, SECTION 30-219 “SUPPLEMENTAL REGULATIONS”, SUBSECTION (E) “FENCES, WALLS AND HEDGES”, BY AMENDING REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO FENCES, WALLS AND HEDGES IN ALL LAND USE DISTRICTS; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.. Copies of the proposed Ordinance are available for inspection at the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 204 North Walnut Street, Starke, Florida, 32091, during regular business hours. All interested parties may be heard at the Public Hearing. Any person requiring a special accommodation at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the City Clerk’s Office at 904-964-5555 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, such person will need a record maintained of the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based, and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
