Archer HR Updates Employment Policies & Forms

The City of Archer's Human Resources Department has updated key employment documents to reflect current practices. Residents seeking city employment and current city employees can now access revised materials.

The revised personnel policy, last updated December 14, 2021, outlines guidelines and regulations for city employees, including conduct, benefits, and employment standards.

Updated forms for applicants and employees are also available. The archer_employment_application (originally dated 2018) and the background_authorization_form (updated 2019) are now in use. These forms are required for job applications and background checks.

The Human Resources Department manages recruitment, employee relations, and ensures compliance with labor laws and city ordinances. These updates demonstrate the department's commitment to efficient and compliant operations.
