Archer City Commission members serve varied terms

Archer's City Commission includes Mayor Fletcher J. Hope, Jr., Vice Mayor Iris Bailey, and Commissioners William Lewandowski, Jennifer Rossi, and Karen Fiore, each with different election and re-election dates.

Archer residents are served by a City Commission comprised of five members, each with distinct terms of service. Mayor Fletcher J. Hope, Jr. has the longest tenure, first elected as a City Commissioner for Seat #3 in 2012. He was subsequently re-elected in 2016 and 2020, and most recently, was re-elected unopposed in 2024, currently serving as Mayor.

Vice Mayor Iris Bailey, representing Seat 2, was first elected in December 2016. She was re-elected in August 2020 and again in April 2024.

Commissioner William Lewandowski, holding Seat 4, was elected in April 2024. Commissioner Jennifer Rossi, in Seat 5, also began her service after being elected in April 2024.

Commissioner Karen Fiore, representing Seat 1, was sworn into office on November 10, 2025.

The City Commission is responsible for local governance and decision-making within Archer.
