The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking nominations for its Voter Hall of Fame, a program established to recognize citizens who have consistently exercised their right to vote in every November election for at least 50 consecutive years.
Administered by the Department of State's Elections Bureau, the Voter Hall of Fame aims to acknowledge and celebrate the dedication of long-term voters. This initiative highlights the importance of civic participation and the enduring commitment of Pennsylvanians to the electoral process.
Residents who believe they or someone they know meets the criteria are encouraged to apply. The application form can be downloaded and printed from the PA Department of State's official website. Once completed, the application must be sent to the Bucks County Voter Registration Office, located at 55 East Court Street in Doylestown, PA 18901.
Upon submission, the Bucks County Voter Registration Office will review the application and meticulously verify the applicant's voting history. Applicants will be formally notified once the verification process is complete. Eligible voters will receive a commendation from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in recognition of their sustained civic engagement.
For those with questions regarding the application process or eligibility requirements, the Voter Registration office can be reached by phone at 215-348-6169.
