Job Title: Tennis Instructor Company: Lake Kennedy Racquet Center Location: Cape Coral, FL Description: Lake Kennedy Racquet Center is looking for a passionate and qualified Tennis Instructor to lead our tennis programs. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing effective tennis instruction for juniors and adults of all levels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of tennis techniques, strategies, and a commitment to player development. Responsibilities include: - Conducting private and group tennis lessons. - Developing and executing lesson plans tailored to different age groups and skill levels. - Organizing and running tennis clinics and camps. - Promoting racquet center programs and events. - Maintaining a safe and positive learning environment. - Assisting with court maintenance and facility upkeep as needed. Qualifications: - Previous tennis coaching experience required. - USPTA or USPTR certification preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to motivate and engage students. - Knowledge of USTA junior development pathway is a plus.
