Free Energy Audits & Heat Pump Rebates in Acton

The Town of Acton Sustainability Office partnered with Colt Home Services to offer residents energy efficiency upgrades through the Mass Save Community First Partnership program.

Homeowners, renters, and property managers can access no-cost home energy assessments and air sealing and insulation upgrades at no cost. Qualified customers receive up to $16,000 in rebates or no-cost heat pump installations through Turnkey Services, plus zero-percent financing through the Mass Save HEAT Loan.

Colt Home Services representatives will canvass Acton neighborhoods in the coming months and attend Sustainability Office events, carrying official identification. Participation is voluntary.
