"NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Village Council of Islamorada, Village of Islands, Florida, at the Islamorada Village Hall, 86800 Overseas Highway, Islamorada, Florida, commencing at 5:05 p.m. on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, regarding the following proposed Ordinance: ORDINANCE 23-12 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ISLAMORADA, VILLAGE OF ISLANDS, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES BY AMENDING SECTION 30-76(E)(2), ENTITLED “ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR VACATION RENTALS IN THE RESIDENTIAL RESERVE (RR) ZONING DISTRICT;” PROVIDING FOR EXCEPTION TO THE MINIMUM LOT SIZE FOR VACATION RENTALS FOR PROPERTIES IN THE RESIDENTIAL RESERVE (RR) ZONING DISTRICT PURSUANT TO SPECIAL EXCEPTION APPROVAL; PROVIDING FOR CONDITIONS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION IN THE CODE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The subject property is located at 82751 Old Highway, Islamorada, FL 33036 and is further described as STR# 22-0248; Lot 20, Block 4 Plantation Key Colony Plat Book 3, Page 166. Copies of the proposed Ordinance are available for inspection during regular business hours at the office of the Village Clerk, Islamorada Village Hall, 86800 Overseas Highway, Islamorada, Florida. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard.
